1Do the prices on the website include Taxes?
The prices on the website are MRP. That means the taxes are included!. The shipping is additional cost and you will get a A few patrons get confused seeing the tax break up in the order when they reach the final cart. The system estimates the taxes that are included as a part of your order. This may not be final, although we are working to ensure website is upto date and since the Customs and Govt keep updating taxes website might be as correct as our billing system. The final invoices will have the correct taxes and amounts. Please disregard the included taxes section as your price total will anyways include the taxes.
2Can we use your invoice for Insurance?
All products are accompanied by an invoice and records are always maintained. You could use them for your insurance purposes. If the insurance company needs attestation of the billed amount then the cost of the same would be 500 per letter per invoice. The invoice copies can always be emailed you for your convenience !
3Can we get GST Invoices?
Please enter the GST details in your order either in the :- Company Section in your billing address!The credit shall be given to you for the same! We will not be revising the invoices if you did not enter it during checkout or entered wrong information! If you took a GST invoice and then returned something please note a credit note would be issued so that will also ping against your GST number! However please note we cannot be held liable/accountable for any loss of GST Credit please read terms and conditions for more details

All the products sold by us are under warranty as per the manufacturer guidelines. Please refer to their websites regarding the same as the Manufacturers fulfill the warranties as per their own means. In most cases through us an importer but that cannot be construed as a right by the consumer We are not the manufacturers; we are the importers and distributors of the products here in the country so; Here is how that works! Once you share the problem with us and if the product warranty instructions are clearly stated by the company to us we will immediately help you out with the manufacturers suggested solution. If the product warranty is new to us and we are not aware of how to go about warranty of that specific product we will get in touch with the manufacturer and help you out! So please work with us so that we can explain the problems to the company and get back to you! Either way we will ensure you get the best of the materials at best of the ROI's! 2Do we allow Returns?
To elaborate here are certain things that would help:- Warranties:- If there is a warranty claim, yes we will definitely help you! Please see the warranty listing for that! If we sent the wrong part by mistake, of course we will help you get the correct part delivered to you and wrong part picked up from your place! The return shipping will be on us with sincere apologies for the error! If for some reason their was discrepancy in the information we offered by us! We will discuss and resolve the best of our limitations. If their is shortage of information please feel free to ask us before the purchase! Post purchase the sale is considered as final!

Payment & Refunds

1Payment deducted but order not placed?
Payment deducted but order not placed, or want to inquire about refund status? Don’t worry! If your money got deducted, here is what happens next. PayU systems do a nightly reconciliation with the bank and intimate the merchant (MotoUsher) on the next business day. Post that, either you would get an order confirmation sms or an automatic refund would be issued by the merchant that reflects in your bank account in 5-7 working days. So, be assured that your money is safe. Still worried? - You can reach the customer support of the corresponding website
2How is the Refund Processed?
We process our payments via the payment service providers like Paytm, Razorpay and PayU India. Either way your money is safe. All we ask for is some patience. The whole process takes 5-10 working days by the banks! Here is how it looks like on our end :- It is returned to the same account (account means card or bank or whatever you used) you paid from. We process the refund and its deducted from our account in one-two working day once credit note is issued. PayU India takes one-two working day to process the refund. Now its all in your banks hand. They have the money with them and they credit it back to your payment method. Most bank takes a week some take upto ten days. Either way it is reflected in your bank account statement. We get so many calls asking us to inquire but since 2014 all refunds have gone through without a problem so please be patient. This is how the timeline the whole country works on, not just us!

4What are the payment methods you have?
At checkout you can choose your payment method. We offer most online transactions including cards, UPI, Bank transfers, etc. If you like cash at checkout choose our "Bank details" which will share our bank account details with you and you could deposit cash in our account.
