The original side stand comes up with the foot that has less surface contact area, which means that your motorcycle may sink into hot tar and on damp mud surfaces or any surface that is less than 100% solid at an alarming rate – this can prove to be a costly mistake.
This precisely machined extension plate, which can easily be bolted onto the existing side stand, eliminates the shortcoming of the existing design.
